Jacobs is seeking a passionate Senior Construction Director for the LSNA Northeast area to manage large projects in the Biopharma and Life Science industry. This role involves overseeing all technical and commercial aspects, ensuring compliance with contract agreements, and building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience as Project or Construction Manager, preferably in the Biopharma/Life Science industry.
• Must have strong project management skills and effectively manage scope, schedule, and budgets.
• Planning, project management, staff management, and business development experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage large EPCM opportunity, responsible for all aspects including Safety, Financial, Technical, ESG, and Client Relations.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients and seek opportunities to market Jacobs’ services.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate activities to ensure project goals are accomplished.
