Job summary

Pavion is seeking a seasoned Senior Technician to join our security business unit in Reno, NV. You will perform upgrades and additions to life-safety and security systems, diagnose issues, install, maintain, and repair equipment, and ensure projects meet scope, budget, and quality standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 5+ years of field experience, valid driver’s license, and multiple certifications (e.g., Access Control, CCTV, Alarm, Fire).

Qualifications

• 5 years minimum experience with security/life safety system installations.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to travel and work after hours.
• Multiple certifications in access control, CCTV, alarm, fire, or networking.

Responsibilities

• Perform upgrades and additions to security/life safety systems.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment.
• Install and service systems following blueprints and plans.
• Lead a crew to complete projects on time and within budget.
