Job summary

Covenant Living is seeking a Life Enrichment Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and implement a comprehensive life enrichment and volunteer program for residents. The role involves updating on-campus communications and supporting resident-led events.

The candidate will collaborate with the resident services director, recruit and schedule volunteers, and help market programs to the community, ensuring compliance with policy and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience working with senior adults.
• Ability to design and implement programs.
• Ability to train and mentor a team.
• Develop and schedule life enrichment programs in alignment with residents' interests.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and implement a full life enrichment program and volunteer program.
• Collaborate with the resident services director on social and recreational activities.
• Facilitate resident-led events and activities.
• Coordinate and assist in marketing programs to residents, staff and community.
• Update care plans and attend care conferences as needed.
• Update on-campus TV channel and resident communications.
