Job summary

Covenant Living Communities and Services is seeking a Life Enrichment Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and implement on-campus social and volunteer programs for older adults. The role involves leading resident-centered activities, coordinating volunteers, and promoting events across the campus.

The position requires strong communication, organizational, and mentoring skills, with experience in senior services.

Qualifications

• Experience with senior adults and community programs.
• Ability to design and implement engaging social/recreational activities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with resident services director to plan, implement and facilitate social and recreational programs.
• Coordinate structured individual and group activities and resident-led events.
• Assist in marketing programs to residents, staff, and the community.
• Plan and escort off-campus events and ensure compliance with policy.
• Develop and direct the volunteer program, including recruiting and scheduling volunteers.
• Coordinate with departments for townhall and resident council events.
• Update on-campus information channels and newsletters as needed.
