Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in senior living, recreation, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
• Positive, energetic, and compassionate demeanor.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead small group activities with confidence.
• Organized and dependable with strong follow-through.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and leading group activities, events, and outings.
• Support resident participation and encourage engagement.
• Help prepare activity spaces and materials.
• Document participation and assist with reporting as needed.
• Build positive relationships with residents and families.
• Partner with other departments to support community-wide events.
• Maintain a safe and welcoming activity environment.
