Job summary

StoryPoint Group is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant to help plan and perform activities that enrich residents’ social welfare and interests in a senior living community in Illinois. You will support the Life Enrichment Director with direction, planning, and execution of programs and life skills, while assisting with administrative tasks and ensuring resident safety.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years related experience and/or training preferred.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holiday hours.
• Compassionate towards the senior population.
• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with a team.

Responsibilities

• Actively support our 1440 culture and pillars.
• Assist the Life Enrichment Director with planning, communication, and execution of activities and life skills.
• Support Life Enrichment Director and Lead with administrative tasks.
• Complete all tasks while maintaining resident safety.
• Support setup, cleanup, and upkeep of activity areas and spaces.
• Support transportation by attending outings and coordinating related tasks.
