Job summary

Havenwood of Maple Grove in Maple Grove, MN is seeking a Life Enrichment Coordinator for a temporary position starting immediately through January 2027.

You will lead, coordinate and participate in meaningful activities to support residents’ physical, mental and social well-being, and help plan monthly calendars.

Starting wage is $18–$20 per hour with a free meal during each shift. Six months’ experience with seniors in activities is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• DOT completion through the community.
• Six (6) months experience working with seniors in activities/life enrichment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily resident activities and coordinate events.
• Assist with planning, scheduling and coordinating resident activities and events monthly.
• Promote a healthy community culture for all residents and staff.
• Plan and execute diverse programs to meet the needs of a diverse resident population.
