Highgate Senior Living is seeking an Activities Coordinator to design and lead engaging programs for residents in assisted living and memory care. You will plan group activities, coordinate calendars and spaces, and collect feedback to improve programs.

Ideal candidates bring experience in activities, recreation, events, or hospitality, plus strong communication and a customer-service mindset. This on-site role includes a supportive team and opportunities to impact resident wellness.

Formación

• At least 18 years of age.
• 1+ year in customer service, events, or leading groups.
• Current negative TB test; background check clearance.
• Valid driver’s license with qualifying abstract.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate purposeful activities and encourage participation.
• Coordinate calendars, supplies, and community spaces.
• Document attendance and gather resident feedback.
• Promote wellness through movement, mindfulness, and creativity.
• Support outings, celebrations, and intergenerational events.
