Job summary

Primrose Retirement Communities is hiring a Life Enrichment Assistant to help plan and execute engaging activities that meet the social, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual needs of residents. You will proactively interact with residents and encourage participation in community events, under the guidance of our team.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, strong English communication skills, and a willingness to work with seniors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; activity certification preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to engage with seniors and coordinate activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and executing life enrichment programs for residents.
• Encourage participation in community events and activities.
• Coordinate monthly events and organize local outings.
• Decorate for special occasions and maintain activity calendars.
• Assist with resident volunteer programs and communications.
