Job summary

StoryPoint Novi is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant to plan and lead activities that support the social well-being of residents at our Novi MI community. This full-time role requires 1–3 years of relevant experience, a flexible schedule, and the ability to work with seniors.

Compensation is $16 per hour, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, and generous PTO. You will assist the Life Enrichment Director, help with setup and transport for outings, and maintain safe, engaging

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years related experience or training preferred.
• Flexible schedule which may include evenings, weekends and holiday hours.
• Compassionate towards the senior population.
• Proficient in general computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Actively support our culture and pillars.
• Assist the Life Enrichment Director with planning, communication and execution of activities and life skills.
• Supports the Life Enrichment Director and Lead with administrative tasks as needed.
• Complete tasks while maintaining resident safety.
• Assist with setup, cleanup and upkeep of activity areas and community spaces.
• Support transportation by attending outings and coordinating tasks.
• Uphold standards in the Employee Handbook.
