Job summary

StoryPoint Novi is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant to plan and execute activities that enhance the social welfare and interests of residents at our senior living community.

The role requires 1–3 years of related experience, a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays, and a compassionate, collaborative mindset. Pay is $16 per hour with daily pay options and generous PTO; comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum one to three years related experience and/or training preferred.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Compassionate towards the senior population.
• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with a team.

Responsibilities

• Actively support our 1440 culture and pillars.
• Assist the Life Enrichment Director with planning and execution of activities and life skills.
• Support with administrative tasks as needed.
• Maintain resident safety while performing duties.
• Ensure proper setup, cleanup and upkeep of activity areas and spaces.
• Support transportation by attending outings and coordinating tasks.
