You will collaborate across departments, support scheduling, outings, and documentation, and help maintain a welcoming, organized activity space. Prior experience with seniors is preferred, along with strong communication and reliability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Up to 1 year experience with seniors preferred; 1+ years of senior activity engagement preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote and champion Life Enrichment services throughout the community.
• Encourage resident participation in daily activities.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as calendars and phones.
• Lead group and individual activities.
• Escort residents to activities and medical appointments safely.
• Complete documentation for state and federal compliance.
