Puget Sound Care is seeking a full-time Life Enrichment Assistant (LEA). The LEA is an essential team member who implements an ongoing program of group and individual leisure activities designed to meet the physical, social, cultural, spiritual, emotional, and recreational needs and interests of each resident. These activities provide the opportunity for residents to engage in typical pursuits, as well as promoting a successful and well-balanced leisure lifestyle. The assistant works closely with the Life Enrichment Director and with staff in other departments to ensure that residents are assisted in reaching their highest possible level of independence. Prompt and accurate documentation in each resident's medical record is an essential job duty for the LEA.
