Job summary

StoryPoint is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant in Eagan, MN to help plan and carry out activities that enhance residents’ welfare. You will support the Life Enrichment Director and assist with administrative tasks while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment.

This role requires compassion for seniors, flexibility in scheduling, and the ability to work independently or with a team to deliver meaningful programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years related experience or training preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Compassionate toward the senior population and able to work with a team.

Responsibilities

• Actively support our Life Enrichment culture and pillars.
• Assist Life Enrichment Director with planning, communication, and execution of activities.
• Support administrative tasks and upkeep of activity spaces.
• Ensure resident safety while completing tasks.
• Coordinate transportation for outings and assist with related duties.
