Job summary

Danbury is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant in Westerville, OH to help plan and run activities that enhance residents’ welfare. The role requires 1–3 years of related experience, a flexible schedule, and a compassionate, team-oriented approach.

The position is full-time, pays $18 per hour, and involves assisting with programming, safety, and coordination of community activities while supporting the Life Enrichment Director and staff.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years related experience and/or training preferred.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Compassionate towards seniors.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Actively support our 1440 culture and pillars.
• Assist the Life Enrichment Director with planning, communication, and execution of activities and life skills.
• Support the Life Enrichment Director and Lead with administrative tasks as needed.
• Maintain a high level of resident safety in all tasks and activities.
• Support setup, cleanup, and upkeep of activity areas and spaces.
• Assist with transportation of residents for outings and coordinate related tasks.
