Job summary

Lennox is seeking a Manager, Life Cycle Planning in Richardson, TX. You will lead end-to-end lifecycle plans, drive cross-functional decisions for launches and transitions, and shape automation across planning processes.

You will partner with Supply Chain, Operations, Product Management, Engineering, Finance, Sales, and Technology to deliver improvements, dashboards, and measurable outcomes. A strategic, results-driven leader is needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
• 7+ years in supply planning, production planning, inventory management, or related discipline.
• 3+ years leading people, projects, or major cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience improving planning processes and automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead life cycle planning for product portfolios and cross-functional decisions.
• Develop and execute a multi-year transformation roadmap for lifecycle planning.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, Product Management, Engineering, Finance, Sales, and Technology teams.
• Sponsor or lead lifecycle-related projects and define success measures.
• Prepare concise dashboards and executive presentations communicating performance, risks, and improvements.
