Lennox International is seeking a Manager, Life Cycle Planning in Richardson, TX. You will own end-to-end lifecycle plans for products, drive cross-functional decisions, and lead multi-year transformation efforts to improve planning maturity and automation.

You will coordinate with Supply Chain, Operations, Product Management, Engineering, Finance, Sales, and Technology to optimize service levels, inventory turns, and working capital while delivering measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• Seven+ years in supply planning, production planning, inventory management, or related discipline.
• Three+ years leading people, projects, or cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead life cycle planning across introduction, growth, maturity, and phase-out.
• Balance service, inventory, cost, capacity, and risk in planning decisions.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle plans and govern product transitions.
• Lead transformation initiatives, automate workflows, and drive standard work.
• Sponsor life cycle projects and prepare concise dashboards for leadership.
