Job summary

COLSA in Warner Robins, GA seeks a Total Life-Cycle Systems Manager to guide DoD programs from analysis through disposal. You will apply DoD acquisition logistics policies, support PM/PSM, and manage sustainment planning across all phases.

Responsibilities include documenting LCSP and transition plans, applying the Air Force product support elements, and performing RAM-C analyses with emphasis on obsolescence mitigation and MTTR improvements.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree with 12+ years of experience, 5 in DoD.
• Bachelor's Degree with 15+ years of experience, 5 in DoD.
• HS Diploma with 20+ years, 8 in DoD.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams) and Adobe Acrobat.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide lifecycle management support to the PM and PSM across all program phases.
• Draft, modify, and review LCSP, BCA, PPSP, PPTP, and Transition documents.
• Apply Air Force's 12 product support elements to program strategies.
• Conduct RAM-C analyses and support trade studies.
• Mitigate DMSMS risks and identify replacement parts.
