Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) with 10+ years of related DoD experience; some roles may accept equivalent years of experience.
• High school diploma with 15+ years of direct related experience, 5 of which in DoD, may substitute.
• Ability to work independently and apply procedures related to their expertise.
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills within program guidelines.
• Proficient with MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams) and Adobe Acrobat.

Responsibilities

• Support the Total Life Cycle Systems Manager and Product Support Manager with data analysis, procurement, and logistics data for critical assets and spares.
• Assist in developing and maintaining PPSP, PPTP, and Transition to Post Production plans; execute PPTP and TPP requirements.
• Coordinate logistics elements (spares, SE, training, facilities, data, provisioning) to meet program needs and sustainment goals.
• Contribute to maintenance support planning, including reliability-centered maintenance analyses and level of repair analysis; track weapon system modifications.
• Assist with Source of Repair Assignment Process (SORAP) and inter-service screening; identify interim contractor support and post-production support requirements.
• Prepare and review documents to support acquisition and sustainment logistics efforts across milestone activities.
