Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in manufacturing, production operations, or technical operations.
• Hands-on experience managing multiple contract manufacturers across various regions.
• Ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract manufacturers to deliver high-quality products on schedule.
• Own manufacturing technical deliverables including quality readiness.
• Drive yield improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills

Data analysis and statistical methods

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Hands-on experience managing contract manufacturers

Working knowledge of electro-optical systems

Willingness to support builds at partner sites

Education

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field

MBA or equivalent experience
