Qualifications

• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in manufacturing/technical operations in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Prior experience with Engineering Change Orders and Product LifeCycle management.
• Experience with LiDAR systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage Lidar assembly line from NPI phase to mass production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scopes.
• Bring up and analyze the assembly line design to meet production targets.
• Track Overall Equipment Efficiency and drive corrective actions.
• Manage quality monitoring KPIs and prepare reports.
