CORPORATE ENVIRONMENTAL RISK MANAGEMENT, L.L.C. in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Senior Business License Technician to process and record business license applications while providing lead guidance to junior technicians.

You will administer occupational tax license and rental permit applications, analyze licensing data, coordinate with state and local agencies, and ensure compliance with regulations. The role requires strong customer service and data handling skills.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Three years of licensing, customer service, financial operations, or equivalent experience.
• Must possess and maintain a valid Georgia driver's license.
• Ability to review and classify data, and to communicate with applicants.
• Ability to operate standard office equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Process and record business license applications and permits.
• Provide guidance and training to less experienced technicians.
• Maintain, analyze, and report licensing data.
• Coordinate with Police Department and Georgia Department of Revenue.
• Respond to inquiries and manage special event applications.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and escalate complex issues.
