Job summary

Qualifications
- Active Illinois pharmacy technician registration
- Active national certification
- Documented PTCB Technician Product Verification training or employer-approved equivalent
- Site-specific competency validation
- Compliance with Illinois law and company policy
Responsibilities
- Perform final product verification for eligible products when qualified
- Assist pharmacists with medication order processing and dispensing preparation
- Support MTM processes including medication histories and adherence support
- Maintain documentation, training records, and competency validation
- Escalate discrepancies and questions to the licensed pharmacist as needed
