The successful candidate will coordinate field resources, prepare project estimates and proposals, maintain strong client relationships, and help grow the survey practice within the Maryland market.

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare scopes of work, project estimates, fee proposals, and other technical or business-development materials.
  • Review survey data, plans, calculations, deliverables, and supporting documentation for accuracy and compliance with applicable professional standards.
  • Apply modern surveying methods and technologies, including GPS, robotic total stations, CADD, GIS, and related field and office systems.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, project teams, field personnel, regulatory stakeholders, and other internal disciplines.
