Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in counseling, social work, MFT, psychology, or a related field.
• Current independent Colorado behavioral health license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LAC, or equivalent).
• Experience providing behavioral health treatment and competency in assessment, treatment planning, and crisis response.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an assigned caseload and provide individual and group therapy.
• Develop, implement, evaluate, and update treatment plans.
• Provide supervision to interns or trainees when permitted by license.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and coordinate care transitions.
• Support clinical onboarding and staff development.
