Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional graphic design experience focusing on licensed/apparel design.
- Typography, color theory, layout, and composition expertise to lead direction across seasonal assortments.
- Advanced proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign; knowledge of AI design tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with merchants, product developers, and sales to align graphics with goals.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
- Design apparel graphics that connect with fans and translate team/brand identity into wearable visuals.
- Stay ahead of trends; explore AI to improve design efficiency while preserving brand standards.
- Own projects from concept to final execution with high quality and on-time delivery.
