Changes in New York, NY is seeking a Junior Graphic Artist to craft graphics for licensed apparel and accessories. This in-person, full-time role offers hands-on experience across the product development process with brand guidelines and licensor collaborations.

You will contribute to artwork for t-shirts, hoodies, hats, and more while learning production techniques and staying abreast of fashion trends in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of graphic design experience (apparel experience is a plus, but not required).
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of typography, color, composition, and layout.
• Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Eagerness to learn apparel production and decoration techniques.
• Passion for fashion, licensed brands, entertainment, and pop culture.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.

Responsibilities

• Create original graphics for apparel and accessories.
• Develop artwork based on creative direction and brand guidelines.
• Prepare production-ready artwork with guidance from senior teammates.
• Create CADs, mockups, and presentation materials.
• Adapt graphics across garment styles and decoration methods.
• Revise artwork based on licensors' feedback.
• Organize and maintain digital artwork files.
• Collaborate with design, sales, and product teams on collections.
• Stay current on apparel, fashion, design, and pop culture trends.
