Job summary

Ingram Content Group is seeking a Senior Sales Representative to join our team. You will sell and service library accounts across a multi-state territory, aiming to exceed sales goals and position Ingram as the premier provider of library media and related services.

Responsibilities include using consultative selling, maintaining relationships, attending conferences, updating Salesforce CRM, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 years sales, book industry, or related experience.
• Ability to develop and execute account and territory plans.

Responsibilities

• Profitably sells products and services to libraries in the assigned territory.
• Manages multi-state territory to optimize resources and contacts.
• Uses consultative selling and needs/benefit analysis to grow revenue.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with customers and prospects.
• Maintains knowledge of ILS products/services and market trends.
• Utilizes Salesforce CRM to document interactions.
