Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field and a minimum of two (2) years of experience in customer service, preferably in a library setting.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop the library serials collection and budget coordination.
• Operate Circulation/Reserve Desk with strong customer service.
• Supervise student assistants and schedule opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate with vendors; order, receive subscriptions, and track records.
• Maintain serials records; process missing issues and serial gifts.
• Provide on-site support and guidance for student employees.
