Job summary

Envision Innovative Solutions is seeking a Senior Liaison Officer to join our team at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. The role focuses on programmatic and operational support, coordinating strategic data calls, and interfacing with project management offices to align PME ISW priorities.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of related experience, with direct experience communicating complex technologies to senior leadership and leading forums to review program

• Direct experience conducting senior leader forums to independently review program technologies.

Responsibilities

• Providing programmatic and system operational support to Aberdeen Proving Ground and other locations.
• Designing, initiating and managing internal and external strategic data calls across the organization.
• Acting as an interface with the relevant project management offices, based primarily at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland
• Attending meetings with Users and other stakeholders to communicate PME ISW priorities
• Coordinating with PME and PM’s on program issues and other strategic data call requirements; provide feedback from stakeholders on operational issues, challenges, and opportunities associated with systems produced, fielded, and sustained by PME ISW
• Preparing, reviewing, and updating the program documentation supporting the PME ISW senior leadership team and the broader PME ISW leadership community of Project Managers, inclusive of information papers, talking points, and other narratives.
• Supporting the logistical planning and execution of PME ISW senior leader stakeholder engagements and trips, including meeting coordination, agenda shaping, and objectives development with stakeholder Action Officers to ensure mission success.
• Developing, distributing, and tracking necessary task assignments, responses, and associated products to PME ISW personnel in support of PME ISW trip planning, execution, and the provision of necessary strategic program documentation.
• Collaborating across the Directorate to provide contributions to knowledge management and retention.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Providing programmatic and system operational support to Aberdeen Proving Ground and other locations

Collecting, validating, consolidating and synthesizing complex material from across the PME ISW portfolio and PME ISW stakeholder community for further use by PME ISW senior leaders and PME ISW divisions/directorates.
• Acting as an interface with the relevant project management offices, based primarily at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland
• Attending meetings with Users and other stakeholders to communicate PME ISW priorities
