Job summary

FCCI Insurance Group is seeking an experienced Senior Liability Claim Adjuster to investigate liability claims for the Gulf Coast states with a focus on quality handling and timely resolution.

The role is hybrid, based in Richardson, TX, with potential field work in the territory. A license, four years of casualty experience, and strong negotiation skills are required or substitutable by education/experience.

Qualifications

• Current, active Adjusters License in assigned jurisdiction(s).
• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant, progressively responsible work experience may substitute on a year-for-year basis.
• Minimum of four years commercial casualty claim adjusting experience.
• Experience in coverage analysis and litigation management.
• Experience with alternative dispute resolutions methods.
• Effective and proven negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage an inventory of claims within department guidelines, following best practices and budgetary guidelines.
• Evaluate coverage and complete field investigations with a focus on quality claim handling and file resolution.
• Collaborate with underwriting and risk control to meet the needs of agency partners and policyholders.
• Handle claims for Gulf Coast states; provide quality, cost-efficient, timely investigation and customer service.
