Qualifications

• Three+ years managing Liability Bodily Injury claims.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with claims systems and MS Office.
• Willing to work in hybrid environment and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Interpret coverage, investigate, interview insureds and claimants.
• Negotiate settlements with individuals and attorneys.
• Prepare reports reflecting all file activity.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
• Set and maintain reserves on claim files.
• Review reports and related materials as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
