• High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Continuing education as required by the role.
• Seven or more years of experience in liability claims processing.

Responsabilidades

• Manage high exposure professional liability and litigated claims according to guidelines.
• Investigate, evaluate, report and reserve for claims; pursue timely resolutions.
• Communicate with vendors, policyholders, clients and carriers on claim status.
• Negotiate settlements with claimants and insureds.
• Set up reserves and monitor adequacy; prepare reports and worksheets.
• Mentor junior adjusters and travel for on-site investigations as needed.
