Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Level Structural Engineer for a direct hire opportunity in Birmingham, AL. This role is ideal for an experienced Civil/Structural Engineering professional who is ready to serve as a Discipline Lead on complex, multi-discipline industrial facility projects.
As the Senior Level Structural Engineer, you will lead structural design efforts, guide engineers and designers, make key technical recommendations, and ensure high-quality project deliverables from early concept through construction. This opportunity offers a collaborative in-office environment where experienced professionals work closely across structural, civil, mechanical, process, electrical, and architectural disciplines.
The role is well suited for a licensed Professional Engineer who enjoys technical leadership, mentoring, client interaction, and seeing projects move successfully from planning to completed construction.
