Studio8 Architects Is Seeking a Licensed, Senior-level Interior Designer With 15-20 Years Of Experience To Join Our Austin Or San Antonio Team. Candidates Are Expected To Have The Following Credentials

• Skillful in all aspects of commercial interior design
• Proficient knowledge of all phases of design and construction
• Excellent project management skills and communication skills with the ability to effectively lead entire project teams
• Client-focused mentality
• Collaborative and a good team player with a positive attitude
• Adept at inspiring, mentoring and directing junior designers
• Skilled designer with capability to deliver consistent quality design
• Aptitude for business and skilled in writing contracts, establishing budgets and scheduling projects
• Participate in Studio8 external and internal messaging
• Experience in marketing and implementation of market strategies
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and other design software is a plus
• Licensure is a must
• LEED experience is a plus
