Responsibilities and Requirements

1. At least 8 years of experience as an Information Systems Engineer within complex DoD environments.
2. Expertise in enterprise-level compute, storage, and backup solutions, adhering to strict cybersecurity standards.
3. Minimum 8 years of experience in Systems Engineering Processes, including Requirements Tradeoffs, Cost Estimation, Technical Assessments, and more.
4. At least one year of experience designing, deploying, and maintaining systems compliant with DoD Cybersecurity Policies (e.g., DoD 8500 Series, DoD 8100 Series, CNSSI 1253).
5. Proven experience creating, modernizing, and integrating enterprise-wide compute, storage, and backup solutions using IaaS and PaaS strategies.

Additional Qualifications

• Location in Nebraska (near USSTRATCOM, Offutt AFB, NE), with on-site work required.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Server+, INCOSE ASEP, Microsoft Certified Windows Server Hybrid Administrator, or SNIA Certified Storage Networking Expert.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Active Top Secret (TS)/SCI security clearance for immediate deployment supporting USSTRATCOM/J61 mission requirements.
