Senior-Level Full Stack Software Engineer

Role Responsibilities:
- Design and develop software requirements for AI-based support capabilities, including architectures, APIs, frameworks, and libraries.
- Develop front-end and back-end components for prototypes and tools to accelerate prototyping processes.
- Maintain and guide development of shared libraries and tools used across teams.
- Manage existing codebases, perform bug fixes, updates, and enhancements to meet security and performance standards.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to build product lines.
- Create plans, roadmaps, and strategies for software design and development.
- Develop strategies for rapid prototyping of AI capabilities, including Generative AI.
- Work with data scientists, UX designers, and testers to create scalable AI solutions.
- Document requirements, specifications, and review documentation from other teams and vendors.
- Optimize software architectures for performance and develop tooling to monitor and improve performance.
- Stay informed on latest AI system architectures, trends, and design patterns.
- Develop and report on reference architectures and compliance standards.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree plus 7-10 years of experience, or Master’s degree plus 5 years of experience.
- Programming experience with Python, JavaScript, and Java.
- Experience with front-end frameworks like React or Vue, and back-end frameworks like Node.js, Spring, Django, or Flask.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and leadership within Agile teams.
- DevSecOps experience including CI/CD tools and practices.
- Experience with containerization (Kubernetes), ORM frameworks, and databases like PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch/OpenSearch, Neo4J.
- Knowledge of modern software architecture patterns such as microservices.
- Strong communication skills and ability to synthesize requirements.
- Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance with SCI eligibility; DoD 8140 IAT Level III is preferred.
