Job summary

Alpine Bank is seeking a Lender/Manager to develop, implement, and support lending and deposit processes in their assigned Colorado location. Pay and Officer level will be commensurate with experience; starting rate ranges from $110,000 to $175,000 per year.

The role requires on-site attendance, leadership of branch staff, and supervision of talent management. Bachelor's degree is required; relocation may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Masters preferred.
• Strong leadership, mentorship, and team-building abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; GAAP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develops strategies to meet credit and investment needs of customers.
• Executes sales plans to meet branch goals and expands existing accounts.
• Manages branch loan portfolio to meet strategic goals.
• Proactively prospects banking clients for deposits/loans and other services.
• Oversees lending and deposit operations at assigned location(s).
• Relates with business partners and community activities.
