Great Plains Federal Credit Union in Joplin, Missouri seeks a strategic VP of Lending to oversee consumer, mortgage, indirect lending and collections. The role focuses on growing the lending portfolio while upholding strong credit quality and risk management practices.

Reporting to the CEO, this executive will lead an established lending team, translate data into growth opportunities, and partner across the organization on pricing, underwriting, and process improvements to serve members

Qualificações

• Progressive lending leadership experience within financial institutions.
• Underwriting, pricing, and risk management knowledge.
• Experience with loan origination systems and process improvement.
• Ability to translate data into actionable lending strategy.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee consumer, mortgage, indirect lending, and collections.
• Grow and strengthen the lending portfolio while maintaining credit quality.
• Lead and develop the lending team with clear expectations.
• Evaluate products, pricing, underwriting, and delivery channels.
