Role Description The Senior Lending Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. This role supports lending officers by preparing and processing loan documentation, gathering and verifying borrower information, and ensuring files are complete and compliant with bank policies and regulatory requirements. The Senior Lending Assistant communicates with customers, internal departments, and third parties to coordinate closings, resolve questions, and maintain timely follow-up on loan requests. The position also involves monitoring loan pipelines, updating systems and records, tracking collateral and insurance, and assisting with renewals, modifications, and exception clearing. In addition, the Senior Lending Assistant may help generate reports, support audit requests, and contribute to process improvements within the lending department.
