Job summary

Prosperity Bank is seeking a Senior Lending Assistant for an on-site role in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. You will support lending officers by preparing and processing loan documents, gathering borrower information, and ensuring files meet bank policies and regulatory requirements.

You will coordinate closings, monitor pipelines, and assist with renewals, modifications, and audits. Strong lending knowledge, attention to detail, and customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of commercial and consumer lending processes and compliance.
• Proficiency with loan origination software and MS Office.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organization to manage multiple loans.
• Experience in banking environment; senior/lead experience a plus.
• High school diploma required; associate/bachelor's preferred.
