Job summary

Freddie Mac is seeking a Seller Technology Representative Senior to manage lender integrations and technology solutions within a dedicated pod. You will build relationships with lenders, map integration plans, and drive successful deployment of Freddie Mac technology offerings.

The role requires 5-7 years of experience in mortgage technology and strong project management skills, with emphasis on lender origination processes and data infrastructure.

Qualifications

• College Degree or equivalent experience; advanced studies/degree preferred
• 5-7 years of related professional experience
• Primary (lender) mortgage market experience highly preferred
• Prior experience implementing technology solutions with lenders (with lender as customer)
• Detailed understanding of lender mortgage origination process/environment
• Technical knowledge related to technology platforms, infrastructure, and data
• Strong facilitation and project management skills
• Experience implementing mortgage-related technology solutions

Responsibilities

• Maintain in-depth understanding of customer/industry trends and Freddie Mac objectives and technology solution roadmap
• Partner with POD / Division to facilitate transition from technology sales to integration
• Conduct process reviews to map, embed and optimize tool assimilation into customer experience and processes
• Collaborate with customers and vendors to develop formal implementation plans with milestones
• Ensure successful system integration testing and verification; create/update integration specs, data standards, forms, design documents and test cases
• Collaborate with customers, vendors and internal partners to ensure product adoption
• Translate learnings into improvement opportunities for technology solutions and integration
• Deliver against stated objectives and monitor integration outcomes
