For our client, we are seeking a Senior Legislative Analyst to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will support high-level legislative and congressional engagement efforts tied to defense-related priorities, with a strong focus on briefing preparation, reporting, and stakeholder coordination. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional contacts to track critical milestones, support audit-related responses, and ensure leadership has the information needed to navigate congressional processes effectively. The position also includes developing external-facing content that helps clarify the organization's work and priorities.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $115,000 – $130,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Coordinate congressional staff reports and brief senior leadership
• Prepare minutes, reports, briefings, and presentation materials for leadership
• Track resources through the congressional budget process and report on legislative milestones
• Maintain profiles for congressional defense committee members and staff
• Draft responses to departmental requests related to congressional interactions

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience supporting senior personnel with congressional or legislative actions
• Bachelor's degree in a business or managerial discipline
• Experience drafting, coordinating, and presenting materials at SES/Flag level
• Familiarity with communicating with SES/Flag level personnel
• Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
