Reed Smith LLP seeks a Senior Solutions Architect in Legal Business Consulting to bridge client legal needs with technology solutions. You will lead workshops, deliver demonstrations of litigation tools, and drive process transformation across multi-workstream engagements.

With 7–10 years in consulting or legal tech, you will shape AI-enabled strategy, support business development as a sales engineer, and mentor teams while ensuring compliance and efficiency in corporate and litigation matters.

Qualifications

JD preferred or equivalent; business/tech background beneficial.
7–10+ years in consulting, legal technology, or related transformation roles.

Responsibilities

Lead client workshops on AI, litigation management, and legal operations strategy.
Deliver advanced demonstrations of legal tech platforms (CLM, e-discovery, AI apps).
Map and optimize litigation workflows, contracting, and matter management.
Oversee multi-workstream engagements and communicate with senior client stakeholders.
