• Familiarity with generative AI legal technology platforms and their applications.
• Solid understanding of legal workflows and practice group needs.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new software platforms.
• Experience developing user-facing documentation or training materials.
• Basic understanding of data analytics and ability to interpret usage metrics.

Responsibilities

• Support and troubleshoot practice technology platforms, resolving complex issues.
• Evaluate and test emerging legal tech, including generative AI.
