Job summary

Urban Grid is seeking a Senior Analyst, Legal Records & Information Governance to own the company’s legal records and information management function within the Legal Department. This position will manage the contract repository, data rooms, governance records, and other critical documents, working closely with the General Counsel and executives.

The role is hands-on with autonomy, supporting capital markets, project finance, tax equity, M&A, and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in records, information management, or legal operations.
• Experience administering virtual data rooms for complex transactions.
• Strong knowledge of document organization, retention, and governance practices.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer contract repository and legal document systems.
• Establish and maintain document-management standards and taxonomy.
• Fulfill records requests from senior stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Set up and admin virtual data rooms for project finance, M&A, and debt financing.
• Maintain corporate governance and entity records, minutes, and consents.
• Support retention and information-governance policies and archiving.
