The role requires extensive LPM experience, strong leadership, and a collaborative approach in a fast-paced legal environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive legal project management and operations experience in a law firm or professional services environment.
• Five+ years leading complex, high-visibility projects and matter portfolios.
• Experience with governance, stakeholder management, resource planning, risk mitigation and end-to-end lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex LPM initiatives and matter portfolios with governance, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, and high-profile delivery.
• Advise attorneys, clients, and business professionals to drive alignment, collaboration, and operational efficiency.
• Advance LPM excellence through leadership, mentoring, process optimization, and scalable methodologies.
