The role involves governance, budgeting, resource planning, and risk mitigation with substantial autonomy.

You will advise relationship partners, senior lawyers, clients, and business professionals, while mentoring LPM colleagues and driving continuous improvement in processes and methodologies.

Qualifications

• Five years or more of complex, high-visibility project leadership in a law firm or professional services
• Experience with project governance, stakeholder management, resource planning, and end-to-end lifecycle management
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational change in fast-paced environments

Responsibilities

• Lead complex legal project management initiatives and matter portfolios, providing strategic oversight for project planning, governance, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, and successful delivery of high-profile clients and firm engagements.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to attorneys, clients, and business professionals, driving stakeholder alignment, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, developing innovative solutions, and enhancing efficiency, quality, and profitability of legal service delivery.
• Advance Legal Project Management excellence through leadership, mentorship, and continuous improvement, including financial analysis, process optimization, technology implementation, training, and scalable methodologies.
