Qualifications

• Five years of experience leading complex, high-visibility projects and matter portfolios within a law firm or professional services environment.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, pricing, profitability analysis, and matter management.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex legal project management initiatives and matter portfolios with governance, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Serve as trusted advisor to attorneys, clients, and business professionals, driving stakeholder alignment.
• Advance LPM excellence through leadership, mentorship, and process improvements including technology implementation.
