Samsara is recruiting a Senior Legal Operations Specialist (AI & Automation) to lead data-driven legal workflows, develop metrics, and scale AI-powered processes across the legal team. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to optimize intake, review, and reporting while staying ahead of industry trends.

Formación

• 5+ years of in relevant operations/analytical/technical work at a technology or SaaS company.
• Ability to build and maintain metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks; comfortable with data and presenting insights to leadership.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI and AI models/tools.
• Demonstrated success in managing workflow, intake, approval, reporting, or automation tools used in legal or operations settings.
• Adaptability and proactive mindset to navigate changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and maintain metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks for real-time visibility into workload, performance, and outcomes.
• Redesign and continuously improve legal processes, building scalable workflows, playbooks, and templates.
• Lead internal and cross-functional legal operations initiatives end-to-end, from scoping to stakeholder alignment.
• Manage team queues, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution of legal inquiries, requests, and tasks.
• Design and implement AI-assisted workflows to automate legal intake and contract review support.
• Stay at the forefront of industry trends in legal operations and share insights for continuous improvement.
• Champion Samsara’s cultural principles as the company scales globally.
